 I'm Pipa and I’ve been cosplaying for almost four years now and started at the very, basics (I made a closet cosplay from my mum’s clothes!). Even though I seem quite new to the cosplay scene, it has been my absolute breath for those last few years and continues to be (my mum has given up trying to tidy the house!).

I can’t sew a stitch to save my life, or atleast not one that will stay together for longer than five minutes. I’m primarily armour and prop based and love challenging myself and creating the weird and wonderful parts of a costume no one else thought was possible. I have an extensive knowledge of materials and love trying out new things and ideas.

The more I cosplay, the more I learn and the more involved I want to be. I'm beginning to make tutorial videos for others and try and share the things I've learned as much as possible. Cosplaying has introduced me to some absolutely incredible and wonderful people and I wouldn't change a second of it for the world. I look forward to many, many more and to Yorkshire Cosplay Con being part of those memories.
